During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the two complementary drinks offered and the daily breakfast options. The hotel's location was close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Additionally, the gym was clean and well-equipped, making it enjoyable to work out.
On the downside, the room chairs were old and needed attention while the rug looked dirty. The bathroom also had some hairs left on the toilet, which was very unpleasant. Moreover, the hot tub jets in the sauna room were not working, and there was gum stuck to the floor of the women's sauna.

Efficient check-in and quick checkout make this hotel a great option for business trips. The staff are friendly and the shuttle driver is helpful. Additionally, the location is convenient for accessing public transportation and there are some complementary features that were appreciated.
While the hotel was overall satisfactory, there were some negative aspects to note. The amenities were not as modern as expected and there was a lack of variety in the breakfast options. while the hotel met basic expectations, there was not much to write home about in terms of luxury or exceptional service.

This hotel is conveniently located near popular activities and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the fitness center and outdoor pool during our stay. Our room had a great view of the city and the breakfast was delicious. We also appreciated the bike rental service.

Fairly large good value hotel with a favourable location so close to restaurant, the Tech Center. Spotless room, had a really nice stay on a mini vacation. Magnificent view of the mountains from the window.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the food was good. We also appreciated the free internet and fitness center, which had a decent selection of equipment. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near several attractions and restaurants.
On the downside, we were disappointed that we had to pay for parking, which seemed unnecessary given the location. Additionally, some of the amenities were lacking, such as high-quality towels and robes. Finally, we were frustrated by the lack of consistency regarding prices and loyalty rewards offered by third-party booking sites versus the hotel directly.
