The hotel offered great amenities, including comfortable bedding and a well-equipped gym. However, the check-in process was lengthy, and there was an incident with pool hours that could have been better managed. Overall, it's a solid choice for families, with access to excellent local dining options.

Dining options were somewhat lacking in variety which limited our choices for meals.

Couples looking for comfort and view
The place is spotless and clean. I loved how soundproofed the rooms are, there was an event going on a couple of floors lower, and I didn't hear a thing! They provided free water when I had altitude sickness, very kind. Got to enjoy those mountain views, exactly why we came.
It wasn't cheap, but still pretty acceptable.

Elevators are a mess!
We stayed for 2 nights in a king room. The elevators were constantly out of order, leaving us stuck for 10 mins at one point! Staff was cool, but the dirty walls and stains on the floor kinda took away from the vibe. The bar area, though, had a nice atmosphere for unwinding after all that drama.

The hotel was comfortable and the pool area was fantastic for relaxation. I appreciated the accessible features throughout the facility, which made it easy for my family member with mobility challenges. While there was a slight hiccup with parking fees being a bit high, the spacious room allowed us to accommodate our family gathering well. The complimentary breakfast passes were a nice touch that added to our overall enjoyment during our stay.
